Cozy autumn thoughts

Blogtober #1

Hi everyone! As I promised I’m back with my Blogtober topic. I can’t wait to share some of my thoughts with you, so make some hot cacao for yourself, wrap up in your fluffy blanket and let’s get started!

As I mentioned before, this is my first October since I started writing a blog. Starting a blog was a big challenge to me, but now I’m feeling a bit addicted to it. It’s like a baby to me. I spend quite a lot of my free time on it, especially the night time, which is not really good. And I know it sounds a little bit funny, but I’m already falling in love with writing. I really like to make some mint tea and sit down at the table at the middle of the night, when it’s so quiet that it seems like almost all of the world is sleeping, relax and write everything that is on my mind at that moment. Everything is even better when outside is pouring rain and you know that you won’t get wet, because you have a roof above your head. I love the sound of the rain drops bumping into the roof, it’s like a music to my ears. And to all of this, a big smoothly purring cat laying besides me on a table adds even more coziness.

Actually, I have to be honest, I’m not a big book lover. I don’t say that I don’t like to read, but it was a looong time since I had a book in my hands. I really liked to read books when I was younger, I was a little book rat. But later when I was growing up, I had a lot of other activities like art school and other clubs, to improve my art skills and get into collage. I wasn’t home the whole day and I didn’t have free time at all, so the books became just another forgotten thing. I can even remember the last book that I did not finish to read. When the time passed, I realized that I could read at that time, because when you want something really bad, you’re able to find some free time for it, so maybe books wasn’t priority for me. But now, when I started writing a blog and reading others, I started to get curious about books again. I think this is the time when books are going to get back to my life again, so I would love to find the book that I left unfinished and finish it this time.

I think thats pretty much it for today, now let’s relax and keep other things for tomorrow. I would love to hear your thoughts on this topic! I believe, for everyone who’s starting something new, every word in the comments, every “like” or even a view has so much value, that sometimes you don’t even realize. I’m really glad if you’ve read this post. Thank you so much and stay tuned for more, there will be more, I promise.

  1. Congrats on your first Blogtober! It’s my first one as well!
I agree 100% with you about the sound of rain on the roof. There’s nothing else like it! It definitely puts me in the writing mood for sure.
You are so right in saying that every view, comment and like means so much. I’ve been blogging for almost a year and it all still means so much!
I started blogging Jan 1st, 2018 so my 1-year blogiversary is coming up soon!
Thank you for leaving your Blogtober post link in my Twitter reach out!
    Keep up the great work!
